*Email should include as much information as may be required for our team to prepare the document, including: document type (if you are aware, or at least what you think it should be); party details (including full entity names including ACN or ABN, registered office address, authorised signing party/ies, or individual names, address details, email addresses etc.); commercial terms (i.e. payment details (if applicable); description of services/deliverables to be provided by either party; ownership of intellectual property (if applicable); length/term of agreement and termination requirements, and any other information that you deem necessary to prepare the document.

Our fees for Tailored Reviews and Tailored Drafting include one round of responses/amendments only. In other words, we will clarify or address any queries or concerns you have by email, and thereafter make one round of changes to the documents (either the reviewed document or tailored drafting). Thereafter, any additional amendments will incur further fees of $200 + GST per hour.
