We offer custom and subscription services that cover legal issues, and which are handled by lawyers, but Immerse itself is not a law firm and does not offer legal advice. We are powered by Lazarus Legal, so rest assured, if you require legal advice, we’ve got you covered.

The short answer is there are several legal issues influencers and brands face quite often than not. An influencer is someone that can influence their audience in their own unique way. They have the ability to influence their followers to follow a brand or buy a product that they like because of their influence, fame or notoriety. A creator (especially a digital creator) on the other hand, creates content for digital properties, like YouTube or Instagram. The primary difference is that creators create content rather than influencing. Of course, there is overlap, but the difference lies in the intention – is it to create or influence, now that is the question?
